We have maintained relationships with our local small business subcontractors over the years so we know what to aspect. This way we can provide security in knowing that all licensing & insurance requirements are met.
What To Expect
Ready to get started on your project? Our team is here to help you every step of the way. After initial walkthrough we can determine what services will be needed for your project. As every project is unique some projects may require additional quotes from trade specific subcontractors. We also offer floorplan designs and 3D renderings so you can visualize your new space. A project proposal is then drafted as a basic pricing & timeline outline. When all aspects of the project proposal are finalized we can move forward with the contract. Renovations can be stressful. Let us put your mind at ease so you can focus on picking out specialty items for your project. With over 15 years of renovations experience, our clients can be confident that we will keep their project running on budget and on time.
